1 Introduction and Scope of These Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between inw8 and any person ("player" or "user") who accesses, registers an account on, or uses in any way the inw8 platform (https://inw8.vip).

By accessing or using the platform, you are considered to have accepted these Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the platform immediately.

3 Account Registration and Accuracy of Information

Information provided when opening an account — name, date of birth, contact details — must be accurate and complete. Accounts opened with incorrect information will be subject to additional verification at the time of withdrawal, and if any discrepancy is found, payment may be restricted.

For account security, players are solely responsible for keeping their own login credentials safe. Any action carried out from a player's account will be treated as the player's own responsibility.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposits

Payment methods accepted on the inw8 platform are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is 5,000 Ks. All deposits are recorded in the MMT time zone and processing may take up to one hour.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 20,000 Ks. After a withdrawal request is submitted, it is normally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. inw8 reserves the right to require that withdrawals be processed using the same method used for the deposit.

inw8 may request identity verification (KYC) from the user before processing a withdrawal. You will need to provide a valid official identification document such as a Myanmar National Registration Card (NRC).

5 Service Bonus and Promotion Policy

5.1 First-Time Bonus

inw8 offers a 100% bonus — up to 200,000 Ks on your first deposit. To be eligible to withdraw this bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount.

• Example (1) — Deposit 20,000 Ks, receive a 20,000 Ks bonus, balance becomes 40,000 Ks, and you must wager 20,000 Ks × 10 = 200,000 Ks.
• Example (2) — Deposit 420,000 Ks, receive a 200,000 Ks bonus (maximum), balance becomes 620,000 Ks, and you must wager 200,000 Ks × 10 = 2,000,000 Ks.

5.2 Bonus Restrictions

Bonuses must comply with the following restrictions —

• A bonus can only be received once per account.
• Bonus funds will be monitored through transaction tracking and related methods.
• Wagering contribution rates may vary depending on the game type, as defined by inw8.
• Time-limited bonuses issued by inw8 will be automatically cancelled once they expire.

5.3 VIP Program Cashback

The inw8 VIP program has 3 tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Players can progress from one tier to the next based on their play history and activity.

• Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.3%
• Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.7%
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 1.0%

6 Fair Play Policy

The inw8 platform is committed to maintaining fair play for all players. Any player who discovers a violation may report it to inw8 immediately.

The following actions are strictly prohibited —

• Using bots or software to control or manipulate the platform
• Bonus abuse or fraudulently converting bonus funds
• Collusion with other players
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access through hacking, viruses, or uploading third-party software

Violating these restrictions will result in forfeiture of winnings and account closure.

7 Personal Data Protection and SSL Security

inw8 protects players' personal data using SSL encryption technology. Information provided by players will not be sold to third parties or disclosed to any individual without consent.

8 Service Suspension and Decision Criteria

inw8 may suspend a player's service in the following situations —

• Violation of these terms and conditions
• Suspicion of money laundering or fraud
• Discovery that an account was opened with false information
• Interference with platform operations

If such a suspension occurs, inw8 will notify the player and handle any remaining balance in accordance with the applicable policies.

9 Limitations and Liability Boundaries

inw8 is not liable for technical failures, service delays, or adverse banking incidents that occur due to factors outside the platform's control.

Players must acknowledge that they play on the inw8 platform of their own free will, and the platform bears no responsibility for any individual player's losses.

If there is any discrepancy in translation within these terms and conditions, the Burmese-language version shall be considered the official version. If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid, the remaining parts shall continue to be in effect.
